The Company
- The Headland Ho Tram is licensed as a Vietnamese limited liability company licensed under Investment Certificate No. 491043000092 issued by The Peoples Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province dated 9th April 2008. The project is licensed as a 100% foreign owned project.
Development Manager
- Hedgehog Asset Management Ltd. was established to participate in the management of property development projects in Vietnam.
The Project Team
- The Architect for the project is AW2 – Reda Amalou an internationally recognized hotel and resort designer with commissions in some 15 countries worldwide. Reda brings considerable Vietnam experience to the projects as well having designed projects such as The Nam Hai (GHM), The Evason Hideaway – Con Dao (Six Senses) and Alila Villas Anaria – Mui Ne. www.aw2.net
