Concept
  • The Headland Ho Tram concept brings together the sense of place and privacy synonymous with a second home and the service, communal facilities and convenience of resort living.
  • Whether it is for a family holiday or a romantic getaway the care taken to optimize privacy and security for each villa on an undulating site profile will ensure a uniquely memorable experience.
  • Guests will enjoy housekeeping and room service and will have access to a full range of resort facilities including two restaurants, a bar, a convenience store, a gymnasium, a multi-purpose tennis court, children’s play equipment, an elevated lookout for sunset functions, private lookout decks, a central pool with deck area and a water sports pavilion and waterside boatsheds.

Villas

  • Nicely proportioned, exquisitely appointed villas are offered in a range of configurations from 3 to 5 bedrooms each complete with a private swimming pool. With the resort services guests will be able to enjoy the holiday without even having to leave their villa.
  • The design of each villa is based around a central living area with open plan kitchen and bedroom wings affording the living spaces visual privacy and protection from the elements.
  • Whilst set on two levels, the entire living area of each villa is on one elevated upper level to be finished to the highest standards. Each villa has a second lower level beneath, flexibly designed without internal columns to be customized by the owner.  Possible uses envisaged are boat and car parking, table tennis and billiards, additional bedrooms, home theatre, games room, children’s rumpus room or additional storage space.

Condominiums

  • A range of 2 bedroom condominiums will also be on offered in a later phase of the development. Each individual condominium has been designed with an unobstructed sea view. Guests are treated to all of the facilities the residential resort has to offer.
